Extensions are easy! Just call us before your scheduled pickup date. Additional weeks are available for an additional charge. We understand that moving timelines can change.

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery. If for some reason you cannot be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the bins and dollies.

You decide on your delivery date and length of rental (default is 2 weeks) We then deliver clean and sanitized bins to your door or garage. We do not go upstairs or into homes/apartments. You pack, stack and move with ease using the included dolly! We come and pick up your empty bins. That's it. One less thing to worry about. You must be present for both the delivery and pick-up please.

We use 27" x 17" x 12″ attached lid containers. The most popular and top-selling attached lid tote, offering 2.6 cu ft of dependable storage. Their rugged design ensures secure stacking, easy nesting when empty, and an easy to clean, nonporous material that resists odors. Each bin can be used hundreds of times and are recyclable when they are no longer in rotation.

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.
